“Teaming up with Red Hat allows Inuvika to expand its reach through partners who understand the benefits of open source solutions. Inuvika’s OVD allows organizations to use Linux and Windows apps on a seamless user interface. With a price point that is less than half of VDI solutions, Inuvika OVD offers a practical solution for many users who have to straddle both worlds.”
Kevin Gallagher, CEO, Inuvika
Inuvika is a Canadian company with offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Caen, France. Inuvika’s OVD is an application virtualization and delivery platform. It allows users to access both Linux and Windows apps from a single user interface from any device on an operating system. Access can be obtained through any HTML5-compliant web browser or from the native Enterprise Desktop Client available for Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, Android, and soon on ChromeOS. Inuvika makes virtualization easy from installation (that can take 80% less time than VDI) through to administration that is all in one easy to use admin console.
Inuvika looks forward to expanding its relationship with Red Hat and working with more partners within the Red Hat ecosystem.
“We’re pleased to have Inuvika join us in the Red Hat Connect for Technology Partner Program,” said Mike Werner, senior director, Global Technology Ecosystems, Red Hat. “To help customers get the most out of Red Hat’s open hybrid cloud solutions, we work closely with technology companies like Inuvika that provide powerful and complementary solutions.
