Toronto, ON. Inuvika, a leading provider of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions, today announced the release of ResoluteOS, a new thin client operating system (OS) designed specifically for use with Inuvika’s OVD Enterprise virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) platform.
ResoluteOS provides organizations and managed service providers (MSPs) with a secure, cost-effective, and easy-to-manage alternative to traditional PC-based endpoints for accessing virtual desktops. Customers who are facing hardware upgrades, like the Windows 11 upgrade, now have an option. By repurposing legacy PC hardware or deploying newer, low-cost thin clients, organizations can reduce capital expenditure while delivering a reliable, high-performance virtual desktop experience on OVD Enterprise.
With the recent purchase of Stratodesk by IGEL, customers were facing fewer options and higher prices.
